“I know what many of our clients are feeling as they navigate the long and complex immigration journey.
My family experienced it.”

In 1986, with hopes of safety and opportunities for their children, my parents made the tough decision to immigrate from Laos to the U.S.  My dad fought in the Laos civil war and our family lived in a refugee camp in Thailand, eventually making our way to America.  As a child, I remember translating some U.S. citizenship forms for Lao American community members. Like then, today, I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals and dreams.

I provide expert advice and solutions to clients for immigrant (PERM, I-140 immigrant petitions, I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, and Adjustment of Status applications), nonimmigrant visas (L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, O-1, TN, E-2, E-3, P-3, B-1/B-2, F-1, and J-1), compliance and immigration related matters in a broad spectrum of global industries. I strive to make the complex processes of immigration simple.

What I enjoy most about serving my clients is hearing how I made a meaningful impact in their lives.

I currently live in Virginia with my wife and puppy, Huck!
